There are three major ways to implement WEXAL® Page Speed Technology (hereinafter referred to as "PST"), depending on your current environment.
Three Ways to Implement PST
1. With KUSANAGI Already Installed
If you are currently using KUSANAGI, you can start using PST by upgrading your license to the KUSANAGI Premium Edition by purchasing an upgrade license at "KUSANAGI Marketplace".
2. New Installation (Without KUSANAGI)
If you are not using KUSANAGI, you can install "KUSANAGI Premium Edition" in your cloud service. If you are using a cloud service that does not offer "KUSANAGI Premium Edition", please purchase an upgrade license.
3. When Migrating to KUSANAGI is Problematic
If there is some difficulty in migrating to KUSANAGI, the "WEXAL® Reverse Proxy Limited Edition" can be used.
Getting Started
On this page, we will explain the procedure to start using PST for point "1. With KUSANAGI already installed" and point "2. New installation (without KUSANAGI)". (In general, it is best to use the latest version of KUSANAGI. However, if you are using an older version, KUSANAGI versions 8.4.3-2 or later are compatible.)
Please check in advance the official KUSANAGI website under "KUSANAGI Availability and Upgrade Compatibility" to see if the cloud service you are using supports the "KUSANAGI Premium Edition".
When Installing "KUSANAGI Premium Edition" Directly to Your Cloud Service
(1) Complete KUSANAGI Provisioning
Install the "KUSANAGI Premium Edition" according to the following cloud platform installation procedures, and complete "KUSANAGI initial settings" and "KUSANAGI provisioning."
- KUSANAGI for Microsoft Azure Premium Edition
- KUSANAGI for AWS Premium Edition
- KUSANAGI for GCP_Premium Edition
- KUSANAGI Premium Edition on FUJITSU Cloud Service for OSS
(2) Set Initial PST Configurations
Configure the settings according to the explanation found under "Settings" and "For first-time users" on this site. Unless there is a particular reason not to, we recommend using PST Manager to configure settings.
When Updating KUSANAGI Currently in Use
(1) Complete KUSANAGI Provisioning
Complete the "KUSANAGI initial settings" and "KUSANAGI provisioning" as per the instructions for the cloud you are using.
(2) Purchase an Upgrade License
Purchase an upgrade license by following the "User's Guide" on "KUSANAGI Marketplace".
(3) Upgrade KUSANAGI and Install the Premium Edition
Upgrade KUSANAGI and install the "KUSANAGI Premium Edition" by following the steps under "How to Upgrade with a Subscription Key".
(4) Set Initial PST Configurations
Configure the settings according to the explanation found under "Settings" and "For first-time users"on this site. Unless there is a particular reason not to, we recommend using PST Manager to configure settings.
